Hey all! So I've been taking ACV gummies for about 3 months now, mostly for digestion support and that 'cleanse' feeling. I absolutely LOVE the honey-flavored ones from Nature's Way - they taste like a little treat! But I tried a cinnamon version from another brand last week and... yuck. Way too spicy and artificial. What flavors do you guys recommend? I'm looking for something natural-tasting, maybe fruity? Thanks!

OP, I've biohacked this exact issue. The key is the malic acid-to-sweetener ratio. Honey works because it masks the vinegar tang. Cinnamon often fails due to cheap flavor oils. Data point: I ran a blind taste test with 5 brands. The winner was 'berry blend' from Vitality Labs - uses real fruit extract and has added ginger for synergy. Avoid anything 'spiced' or 'herbal' unless you want a mouthful of regret. Also, check the glycemic index of sweeteners used - some 'natural' flavors spike insulin.

Lol, you guys realize these are just candy with a fancy label, right? Steve, 'biohacked'? It's a gummy. Ellen, if you want something 'natural-tasting,' maybe just drink actual apple cider vinegar? Or eat an apple? Save your money. But if you insist on buying expensive jelly beans... the plain apple flavor ones are usually the least offensive. At least they're not pretending to be something they're not.

Steve, thanks for the tip on berry blend! I'll look for that one - ginger sounds like a nice addition for digestion too. Willow, I get the skepticism, but the gummies help me stay consistent, and I do feel less bloated! The liquid vinegar is too harsh on my teeth. Maybe I'll try the plain apple like you said as a baseline. Anyone else have fave flavors?

Willow, your 'just candy' take ignores the acetic acid delivery system optimization. Gummies increase compliance by 62% in studies I've seen. Ellen, if you go plain apple, pair it with a greens supplement to offset any blood sugar concerns. Also, update us on the berry blend - I'm tracking user experiences for a subreddit deep dive. Avoid 'tropical' flavors; they often use pineapple extract that clashes with the ACV base.
