Hey everyone! I'm going on a 2-week road trip next month, flying to Denver then driving through the Rockies. I take ACV gummies daily for digestion and energy. Will they melt in the car? What about TSA? Any tips for keeping them fresh? I'm also planning some hikes, so they'll be in my backpack. Thanks!

TSA is fine with gummies, they're solid. Just keep them in your carry-on, not checked, because they can melt in the cargo hold. I've flown with them multiple times. For hiking, get a small insulated pouch or just keep them in a cool part of your pack. They might get a bit sticky but still edible. Also, check if they're sugar-free, some brands use sugar alcohols that can cause GI issues on long runs... learned that the hard way lol.

I did a 10-day road trip last summer with ACV gummies. They melted into a blob in the car when it was 90+ degrees. I'd recommend a cooler or at least a thermal lunch bag with an ice pack. Also, if you're doing intermittent fasting, check the calories – some gummies have 10-15 cal each, which can break a fast if you're strict. But if you're not strict, they're a lifesaver for cravings. TSA didn't even look twice at mine.

Pro tip: put them in a silicone travel container or a pill organizer. The original bottle is bulky. And if you're a caffeine addict like me, don't mix them with energy drinks – ACV can amplify the jitters. Also, if they melt, you can reshape them in the fridge. Not ideal but works. For hiking, I'd suggest bringing them in a small ziplock with a silica gel packet to absorb moisture. Safe travels!
