THREAD: Looking for ACV Gummy Recommendations for Gifts - Parent & Fitness FriendStarted by OP

Hey everyone! I'm trying to find some good apple cider vinegar gummies to gift - one for my mom who's in her 70s and starting to pay more attention to joint health and digestion, and another for my buddy who's super into CrossFit and always optimizing his recovery. Budget isn't a huge issue, but I want something that actually works and tastes decent. Any favorites or brands to avoid? Thanks in advance!

Oh, this takes me back! I remember when ACV was just something you'd find in grandma's pantry for pickling. Now it's in gummy form - what a time to be alive! For your mom, I'd recommend looking for brands with added turmeric or ginger. They often have that extra anti-inflammatory kick that older folks appreciate. I tried 'Vintage Vitality' brand last year - nice subtle apple flavor, not too sour. Reminds me of those old-fashioned candies!

YAAAS! ACV gummies are LIFE CHANGING! ๐ For your fitness friend, definitely go with something that has B12 or electrolytes added - helps with that post-workout energy! I'm obsessed with 'ZenZest' brand - they use organic ingredients and have this amazing cinnamon-apple flavor that doesn't leave that vinegar aftertaste. For your mom, maybe something with added probiotics? Gut health is SO important as we age! Check the labels for 'the mother' - that's the good stuff with all the enzymes!

Bro, your CrossFit friend needs performance-focused gummies. Look for ones with added beetroot or tart cherry for recovery. I take 'AlphaEdge ACV+' - has 1000mg ACV per serving plus anti-oxidants. Tastes like sour apples, kinda gritty texture but you get used to it. For your mom, maybe avoid anything with stimulants. My dad (68) uses 'SilverSprint' brand - lower dose, easier on the stomach. Just make sure whatever you get is third-party tested.

Keto perspective here! Most ACV gummies have too much sugar - watch those carbs! For your fitness friend, 'KetoKore' makes a stevia-sweetened version with MCT oil. Only 1g net carb per serving. For your mom, I'd suggest something with collagen peptides added - great for joints. 'PurePlanet' has a clean formula without artificial colors. Remember, ACV helps with insulin sensitivity too, which benefits everyone regardless of diet!
