THREAD: Looking for Apple Cider Vinegar Gummy Recommendations for Gifts!Started by RhinoRich531

Hey everyone, I'm trying to find some good apple cider vinegar gummies as a gift. My dad's getting up there in age and I've heard ACV can help with joint stuff and digestion? Also my buddy is super into fitness and always talking about supplements. Anyone have recommendations for a 'health pack' or specific brands that work well? I don't want to get something that tastes awful or doesn't actually do anything. Thanks!

RhinoRich531 - Good call looking into ACV gummies! I've tried a few brands since I like to experiment with ingredients in my kitchen creations. For your dad, I'd recommend Goli Nutrition - they're pretty gentle and have added beetroot and pomegranate. Tastes decent too, not too vinegary. For your fitness friend, maybe look for ones with added B12 or turmeric? Just check the sugar content though - some brands pack in way too much sweetener.

ACV gummies are LIFE when you're keto like me! They help with digestion and energy without breaking ketosis. For gifts, I'd say avoid anything with maltitol or high fructose corn syrup - total carb bombs. Nature's Truth makes a decent sugar-free option that won't spike insulin. Your fitness friend will appreciate that. For aging parents, maybe pair with some collagen gummies? My mom loves that combo.

Totally agree with Steve on Goli - I use them in my homemade energy bite recipes sometimes. Another brand to check is Vitafusion, their ACV gummies have a good texture and don't stick to your teeth. If you want a 'health pack' idea, you could put together a little basket with the gummies, some herbal tea, and maybe a recipe card for healthy snacks? Just a thought from another cooking enthusiast!
