Hey everyone, just saw this article and thought it was interesting for our ACV gummy discussions: "True Keto Fusion Keto+ ACV Gummies: What Consumers Should Know as BHB-ACV Category Expands Into 2026" Summary: As consumer interest in ketogenic diet support continues into 2026, a distinct subcategory of supplements combining BHB (for ketosis) and ACV is emerging. This product is one example. What do you all think about these combo gummies? Are they worth trying or just marketing hype?

As a marathon runner, I'm always looking for energy boosts without sugar crashes. I tried a BHB supplement last year during training - made me feel jittery and didn't help my endurance. Adding ACV to the mix sounds... interesting? But I'd be worried about stomach issues during long runs. Has anyone actually felt benefits from these combo gummies during exercise?

lol BHB gives me weird energy too but different from caffeine - like anxious energy? I drink like 4 coffees a day so maybe not the best judge. ACV gummies I take for digestion though, they work ok. Combining them seems like they're trying to hit multiple markets at once. Wonder if the BHB dose is enough to actually do anything or if it's just sprinkled in for the label.

I've been making my own ACV gummies for months! Much cheaper and I control the ingredients. Adding BHB would be tricky though - it's bitter and might need extra sweetener. These commercial blends probably use a ton of fillers. The article mentions category expansion through 2026 - sounds like companies jumping on a trend rather than real innovation. I'd check the ingredient list carefully before buying.

Skeptical mom here. My teen keeps asking about keto gummies for 'energy.' This article worries me - are these even safe for younger people? BHB supplements aren't well studied long-term, and now they're mixing them with ACV in candy form? Sounds like another way to get kids hooked on supplements they don't need. I'd want to see actual research, not just market predictions to 2026.
