THREAD: Traveling with Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies - Do they melt? TSA rules?Started by OP

Hey everyone! Planning a trip that involves flying, then a road trip, and some hiking. I want to bring my apple cider vinegar gummies with me but worried they might melt in my luggage or car. Also, what are TSA rules for these? Any storage tips for keeping them fresh while traveling? Thanks!

Honestly, why bother? These gummies are probably just sugar with a hint of vinegar anyway. But if you insist - they can definitely melt if left in a hot car or checked luggage. TSA doesn't care about supplements as long as they're not liquid. I'd say save your money and skip them while traveling.

I take my ACV gummies on all my weekend adventures! They held up fine during my last road trip to the mountains. Keep them in the original bottle in your carry-on - TSA is cool with it. Pro tip: throw the bottle in a small insulated lunch bag if you're worried about heat. Mine never melted even when my car hit 90°F!

Mindful travel with supplements is key! ✨ I bring my ACV gummies to yoga retreats all the time. They're fine in carry-ons (TSA allows them). For storage, keep them in a cool, dark place - maybe your hotel mini-fridge if available. The heat can degrade the beneficial compounds. Safe journeys and listen to your body's needs!
