True Keto Fusion ACV Gummies?? Anyone tried these or is it all hype?

Saw this article today and figured I'd drop it here since we get so many ACV gummy questions. Basically says the BHB-ACV combo category is blowing up heading into 2026 and that True Keto Fusion is one of the brands people keep asking about. https://example.com/true-keto-fusion-keto-acv-gummies Summary: "As consumer interest in ketogenic diet support continues into 2026, a distinct subcategory of supplements pairing exogenous ketones (BHB) with apple cider vinegar (ACV) has emerged..." article goes on to talk about what consumers should know, label claims, etc. Thoughts? My take as someone who's been lifting and doing low carb for years: the ACV amount in most of these gummies is laughably small compared to just drinking a tablespoon of the real stuff, and half these 'keto' gummies are basically candy with a marketing budget. But I'm open to being wrong. Anyone actually run these and seen anything on the scale or in bloodwork?

I'm usually all in on trying new stuff but I got burned by a BHB gummy last year that was literally just pectin, sugar, and 'proprietary blend.' Learned my lesson lol. That said I'd actually give this one a shot if the label is legit. Kevin, does the article mention the actual mg of ACV and BHB per serving? That's the whole ballgame for me. If it's like 300mg ACV I'll pass, I can eat a pickle and get more benefit 😂

I listened to a podcast recently that kind of touched on this - the gummy matrix itself can be an issue because a lot of gummies use glucose syrup or tapioca to hold everything together, which is a little ironic for something marketed as keto support. Not saying it's a scam, just that absorption and the binder ingredients matter a lot. Curious if anyone has tried this specific brand and can post a pic of the supplement facts panel? I'd rather see the back of the bottle than another landing page.

Honestly I think the whole ACV gummy thing is a fad. My grandmother just mixed a spoonful of Bragg's in water with a little honey every morning and she was fine for 90 years. No gummies, no BHB, no subscription funnel. I get that people want convenience but you're paying premium for something you can get for pennies. That said, if it gets someone to cut back on soda and actually think about what they're eating, whatever, more power to 'em.

@MountainMike679 the article is annoyingly vague on the exact mg, it's more of a 'here's what this category is' piece than a lab breakdown. That's my frustration with this whole space honestly. @HubermanHopeful153 good point on the glucose syrup - I've seen 'keto' gummies with 4g of sugar per serving which is wild. If anyone has an actual bottle, post the panel. Until then I'd treat it like any other supplement: check third party testing, check the ACV and BHB dose, and don't expect it to do the work a real diet and training plan does.
