Up & Up ACV Gummies - Target brand worth it? Thoughts?
Hey everyone, I came across this article today: 'Up & Up Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies: A Practical Look at the Target Store Brand Option' (link: [wJmTxSKZb6]). Basically, it talks about how Target's store brand ACV gummies compare to name brands, and whether they're a good value. I'm curious if anyone here has tried them? I've been using a more expensive brand but with yoga teacher salary, I'm looking to cut costs. Would love to hear your experiences!
I haven't tried the Up & Up ones, but I'm skeptical of store brands in general. I feel like the ingredient quality might be lower? But then again, I'm a tech guy, not a nutritionist. Lol. I'd check the label for the acetic acid content. Some gummies have barely any. If anyone has lab test results, that'd be awesome. Otherwise, I'll stick with my Goli ones for now.
As a student on a tight budget, I've actually tried the Up & Up ACV gummies! I got them because they were like half the price of other brands. They taste pretty good (apple flavor) and I didn't notice any difference in how I felt. But honestly, I'm not sure if ACV gummies do much anyway? I mainly take them because they're yummy and maybe help with digestion. For the price, I'd say give them a shot. Just don't expect miracles.
Thanks Ursula! Good to know they taste decent. I might pick some up as a backup. Still, I wish there was more transparency about the actual vinegar content. Claire, did the article mention anything about that? I skimmed it but didn't see specifics.
FF80, the article said they contain 500mg of ACV per gummy, which is comparable to some other brands. But it also noted that the acetic acid percentage isn't disclosed, so it's hard to know how potent they are. I think I'll try them anyway. For the price, it's worth a shot. Thanks for the input, everyone! Namaste. 🙏
