As a night shift worker, I'm always looking for stuff to help with stress and sleep. I tried a different brand of ashwagandha gummies last year but they made me kinda jittery? Maybe it was the dosage. This Goli review mentions third-party testing which is a big plus for me—can't trust everything out there. Might give these a shot if the price is right. Anyone know if they're good for winding down after a 12-hour shift?

lol gummies are so overpriced for what you get. I've been making my own ashwagandha tinctures at home for years—way cheaper and you control the ingredients. That said, if people are into the convenience, I guess it's fine. The review probably doesn't mention the markup though. Steve, if you're jittery, maybe cut the dose in half or look at the other ingredients? Sometimes it's the fillers.

Ah, takes me back to the early 2020s when ashwagandha first blew up on the wellness blogs. I remember writing about root powder vs. extracts... good times. Goli's been around a while, so I'm not surprised they're still getting reviewed. The 2026 date makes me wonder if they've reformulated. OP, does the article compare it to older versions? I'm nostalgic for when this stuff felt more niche, but hey, if it helps people, that's what matters.

Frankly, I'm skeptical. Ashwagandha has been used in Ayurveda for centuries, traditionally as a powder or in teas. Turning it into a gummy with sugars and additives seems... counterproductive. What's next, turmeric gummies? The review might highlight benefits, but I'd rather stick to the pure root. No offense to anyone, but modern packaging doesn't always mean better results.
