Hey all, just tried some ashwagandha gummies for stress (work is insane rn) and looked at the label... 8g of sugar per serving?! That's like a mini candy bar. Are we really 'supplementing' or just candy-fying everything now? I get the convenience but feels counterproductive if I'm trying to be healthy. Anyone else bothered by this?

Totally get your point, EarthElias! As a runner, I'm super careful about sugar intake. I tried gummies once but switched back to capsules. The gummies were tasty, sure, but the sugar crash wasn't worth it. Maybe look for sugar-free versions? Some use stevia or monk fruit. But honestly, if purity matters, stick to traditional forms. Convenience shouldn't trump quality, IMO.

LOL, I love the candy-fication! I track everything with my fitness app and smart bottle that reminds me to take them. Gummies are way easier to stick with than pills. Yeah, sugar's a thing, but most have like 2-4g, not 8g—maybe you got a bad brand? I use 'ZenGum' with 3g sugar, syncs to my health dashboard. Tech + supplements = winning. Have you tried dosing apps?

Thanks both! Wendy, you're right—I should check sugar-free options. HealthHacker, I haven't tried apps, but that's intriguing. Still, feels weird that we need tech to make supplements 'fun.' Maybe I'm old-school, but I'd rather just swallow a pill and know it's pure. Anyone found a low-sugar brand that actually works for stress?

EarthElias, I've heard good things about 'PureAshwa' capsules—no sugar, just ashwagandha extract. For gummies, 'HerbalHeal' has a stevia-based one with good reviews. But honestly, if stress is high, maybe pair it with meditation instead of chasing gummy fixes? Just a thought! Let us know what you try.
