THREAD: Ashwagandha Gummies on Sale - Too Good to Be True?Started by OP

Hey everyone, just spotted Ashwagandha gummies at Costco for like half the price I usually see online. Has anyone tried these? Worried the lower price means they're using cheaper ingredients or something. Is this a steal or should I steer clear?

Honestly, I'd be skeptical. Lower price often means lower quality fillers or less active ingredient. Check the label - if it doesn't list the withanolide content (that's the active part), it's probably junk. Big box stores sometimes carry brands that cut corners. I'd stick with reputable online brands even if they cost more.

As a retired nurse, I always say: compare labels carefully! Costco's Kirkland brand actually has good quality control from what I've seen. Look for third-party testing seals (like USP or NSF) and check the dosage per serving. Sometimes sales are just good deals - I got my calcium gummies there last month and they were fine. But yes, avoid anything with lots of artificial colors or sweeteners.

Blessings! The energy of Ashwagandha should be harvested with intention ✨ While price can reflect quality, sometimes the universe provides abundance through sales! I've found Costco's organic options to be surprisingly vibrant. Feel the packaging - if it feels positive and lists organic adaptogens, it might be a sign. My local co-op had a similar sale last moon cycle and those gummies balanced my chakmas beautifully. Maybe sample one pack and meditate on how your body responds?

Thanks all! Checked the label - it's the Nature's Truth brand, 300mg per gummy, with that USP verification seal Claire mentioned. No artificial dyes. Think I'll grab a bottle and see how it goes. Appreciate the advice!
