THREAD: Can I take my B12 gummies with my morning coffee?Started by MangoMia123

Hey everyone! So I've been loving these berry-flavored B12 gummies for energy, but I'm wondering if it's okay to take them with my morning coffee? I usually have a big cup right after breakfast. Does the caffeine mess with absorption or anything? Would love to hear your thoughts!

Good question, MangoMia123. As a retired nurse, I'd advise caution. Caffeine can interfere with B vitamin absorption to some degree, especially if taken simultaneously. Best practice is to space them out by 1-2 hours. Also, watch for added sugar in those gummies if you have dietary concerns. Stay safe!

Omg I totally relate! I take my B12 gummies before my sunrise yoga sesh for that natural boost. I avoid coffee right after though—LemonLiam32 is spot on. Maybe try having your coffee first, then the gummy after your practice? It's all about mindful timing for optimal vibes ✨

Taste-wise, berry B12 + coffee sounds like a weird combo lol. But seriously, I'd worry about the gummy melting or tasting off if you wash it down with hot coffee. Maybe have the gummy as a mid-morning snack instead? Just my two cents as a foodie who hates ruined flavors!
