THREAD: Started B12 for sleep, got a surprise benefit instead!Started by VibeVitamins872

Hey everyone! So I started taking gummy B12 about a month ago because I was having trouble sleeping and read it might help with energy regulation. Honestly, my sleep is still hit or miss, but here's the weird thing: my skin has never looked better! I've struggled with dry patches and redness for years, and suddenly it's just... clear and glowing. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not complaining, just confused!

Hmm, that's interesting but I'm skeptical. Are you sure it's the B12 and not something else? Maybe you changed your diet or skincare routine? As a mom, I've seen my kids react to all sorts of supplements unpredictably. B12 is supposed to help with energy and nerves, not skin. Have you talked to a doctor about this?

Actually, not surprised at all! B12 is crucial for cell regeneration and repair, which totally includes skin cells. As a vegan, I've been taking it for years to prevent deficiency, and my skin has always been clear. It's probably helping your body repair itself better. Glad it's working for you! Just make sure you're getting a quality vegan-friendly version if that matters to you.

Whoa, cool! I take B12 gummies for energy before my weekend hikes and yoga sessions. Never really paid attention to my skin, but now that you mention it, I have noticed fewer breakouts lately. Maybe there's something to it? Though I did also start using a new natural sunscreen... hard to say what's doing what lol. Either way, if it works, roll with it!
