THREAD: Looking for gummy gift ideas - aging parent vs fitness friend?Started by BerryBen356

Hey everyone! So I'm trying to find some gummy vitamins as gifts - one for my dad who's getting up there in age (mid-70s) and one for my buddy who's super into fitness and always at the gym. I was thinking maybe a 'health pack' type thing or specific beauty gummies? My dad's been complaining about joint stuff lately, and my friend is all about that 'glow from within' talk. Any recommendations? Don't wanna break the bank but want something decent!

omg BerryBen356 I feel you! I got my mom some collagen gummies last year for her skin/joints and she LOVED them. She said they helped with her creaky knees lol. For your fitness friend, maybe something with biotin or hair/skin/nails formulas? My sister swears by them but tbh I'm too tired to notice if they work haha. Just make sure they're sugar-free if your dad has any dietary stuff!

Blessings! The universe has guided me here. For the aging parent, I recommend elderberry gummies with turmeric - nature's anti-inflammatory gifts. For the fitness soul, adaptogenic mushroom gummies with ashwagandha to balance energy. Avoid synthetic dyes; seek organic, moon-charged formulas. The body's beauty radiates from vibrational alignment ✨

Ugh, I'm skeptical about all this. My kids begged for gummy vitamins and they're basically candy with a vitamin label. BerryBen356 - check if your dad's on any meds first (interactions!). For your friend, maybe just get a protein powder? At least that's proven. But if you're set on gummies, read the labels - some have way more sugar than vitamins.
