THREAD: Started Beauty Gummies for sleep, but wow... unexpected side effect!Started by HubermanHopeful834

Hey everyone! So I've been taking these 'Glow & Rest' beauty gummies for about 3 weeks now, mainly because I was struggling with sleep after late-night yoga classes (trying to wind down is hard!). I picked them up hoping they'd help me doze off faster... and they kinda do, but here's the weird thing: my SKIN is clearing up like crazy! I've always had these little breakouts on my chin, and they're just... gone? Has anyone else experienced something like this? I'm not complaining, just super surprised!

Oh wow, that's fascinating! My kiddo and I take a multivitamin gummy every morning (the organic, no-dye kind, of course), but I've been eyeing those beauty ones for myself. Maybe the collagen or biotin in yours is helping? I've read that stress reduction (from better sleep) can improve skin too—maybe it's a combo! What brand are you using? I'm always cautious about additives for my family, but if it's clean, I might give it a shot for my own peri-menopausal skin woes. Thanks for sharing!

Yesss, love this! #UnexpectedWins 🙌 I had a similar thing happen with a hair-growth gummy—started it for thinning edges (keto life, amirite?) and my nails got way stronger instead. For your skin, it's probably the antioxidants or maybe even the adaptogens if your brand has them. Have you checked the ingredients for stuff like vitamin C or ashwagandha? Those can reduce cortisol (stress hormone) and boost collagen. Either way, keep it up! Maybe do a before/after pic for your 'gram? 😉

Thanks both! @SolarSam989 - It's the 'NaturGlow Restore' brand. I checked the label after your comment, and it has biotin, vitamin E, and a bit of melatonin for sleep. No artificial stuff, which I appreciate! And @KetoKevin414 - no ashwagandha in these, but you're right about stress—I do feel less frazzled overall. Maybe the sleep improvement is lowering my stress, and that's helping my skin? Either way, I'm sticking with them. Appreciate the insights!
