Hey everyone, just came across this article about Hers hair loss products and thought it might be relevant here since we talk about biotin gummies a lot. Here's the link and summary:
"# Hers Hair Review: Real Experiences with Hers for Hair Loss Products
The landscape of hair wellness continues to evolve, with direct-to-consumer telehealth platforms like Hers offering a new avenue..."
What do you all think? Has anyone tried Hers or similar prescription/supplement combos? How do they compare to regular biotin gummies?

As a mom of three teens who are always on some new trend, I'm skeptical about these telehealth platforms. They seem convenient but I worry about proper medical oversight. At least with biotin gummies, I can read the label and know exactly what my family is getting. Has anyone checked if Hers products contain biotin too? And are they safe for long-term use? My daughter's been asking about hair supplements lately.

lol i need something stronger than biotin gummies for my hairline after all these 3am coding sessions fueled by energy drinks ๐
but seriously, i tried a biotin supplement last year and didnt notice much diff. this hers thing sounds interesting but im wondering if the prescription part means its actually stronger? also how much caffeine is too much for hair health asking for a friend

Ooh interesting! I make my own gummy vitamins sometimes (trying a pomegranate-biotin batch next week!) so I'm always curious about commercial options. The Hers approach seems different since it combines supplements with prescriptions. But I wonder about the gummy formulation itself - are theirs tasty? My homemade ones sometimes get the texture wrong ๐ Has anyone compared the ingredient lists between Hers and regular biotin gummies?

Trying to stay calm about my thinning hair... meditation helps but maybe supplements too? The article mentions "real experiences" which I appreciate. I've been taking biotin gummies for 2 months while practicing mindfulness for stress reduction. Not sure if either is working yet tbh. Would love to hear from someone who's actually tried Hers - is it worth the telehealth consult? Trying not to overthink this...
