THREAD: Anyone tried Hers hair products? Saw this review article and curious about biotin gummiesStarted by OP

Hey everyone, just came across this article and thought it might interest the biotin gummy crew here. It's a review of Hers hair loss products with real user experiences. The article says: "The landscape of hair wellness continues to evolve, with direct-to-consumer telehealth platforms like Hers offering a new avenue..." Has anyone here tried Hers or similar telehealth hair products? I'm wondering how their gummies compare to what we usually discuss here. As a retired nurse, I'm always skeptical of these direct-to-consumer health platforms. They often skip proper medical evaluations. Biotin supplements can help with hair strength, but hair loss has many causes - hormonal, nutritional, genetic. Hers might offer prescription options too, which is different from OTC gummies. Have you checked if their products contain the right biotin dosage? Most gummies have 2,500-10,000 mcg, but absorption varies.

lol i need my caffeine fix before thinking about hair loss ๐ but seriously, i tried some biotin gummies last year when my hair felt thin. made my nails stronger but not sure about hair. this hers thing sounds fancy with telehealth. are they expensive? my gummies cost like $15 a bottle from the grocery store. also do they make you drowsy? cant afford to lose my caffeine buzz haha

Marathon runner here - nutrition is everything! I take biotin gummies as part of my supplement stack. Hers might be legit, but I prefer knowing exactly what's in my products. Many hair gummies have added sugars which I avoid during training cycles. OP, does the article mention ingredients? Also, as an athlete, I've found collagen + biotin combos work better for me than biotin alone. Anyone else mix supplements?

omg i'm new to meditation and trying to be more mindful about my health... stress definitely affects my hair! i get so many breakouts when anxious. this hers review sounds interesting but i worry about side effects. are telehealth consultations stressful? i just want simple gummies without drama ๐
has anyone had good experiences with basic biotin gummies for stress-related hair issues?
