THREAD: Biotin Gummies Flavor Debate: Which One Should I Try Next?Started by SupplementSteve97

Hey all, need some opinions on biotin gummy flavors. I've been taking the strawberry ones for months and LOVE them - they're the only thing that gets me through my night shifts without feeling like I'm choking down pills. But I tried the orange flavor once and it was awful, tasted like chemicals. What's the consensus on the 'best' flavor? I need to reorder soon and want to branch out, but not if it's gonna be another orange disaster. Thanks!

Steve, as someone who's tried every gummy supplement under the sun, I feel you. The orange ones are notoriously bad across brands - too artificial. If you like strawberry, you'll probably dig the mixed berry or raspberry-lemonade ones. The raspberry-lemonade has a nice tang that cuts through the sweetness. Avoid anything 'tropical' flavored though - they tend to have that same fake citrus note as the orange. Have you considered the pomegranate? It's subtle but sophisticated.

I'm skeptical about all these 'fun' flavors tbh - my kids keep trying to eat my biotin gummies because they look like candy! But since you're asking: we get the cherry ones. They taste fine, not too sweet, and my husband doesn't complain (and he complains about everything). Are you sure you need flavored ones though? The plain ones might be better if you're sensitive to tastes. Just a thought from a mom who's tired of hiding supplements from toddlers!

Bro, I crush biotin gummies post-WOD for hair/skin/nails (gotta look good for the gym selfies lol). I rotate between strawberry and grape - grape's where it's at! Tastes like childhood but without the sugar crash. The texture's better too, less gummy-bear-ish. Pro tip: chill them in the fridge first, game changer. Avoid anything 'natural flavor' labeled - usually means 'tastes like dirt.' Hope that helps man!
