THREAD: Biotin Gummies on Sale at Costco - Too Good to Be True?Started by OP

Hey everyone! I was at Costco yesterday and saw their Kirkland Signature Biotin Gummies on sale for like half the price of the brand I usually buy. Has anyone tried these? Is the lower price just because it's Kirkland, or does it mean lower quality ingredients? Don't wanna waste money on something that won't work for my hair and nails!

OP, I've been using those Kirkland biotin gummies for months! The price is amazing, and I haven't noticed any difference from the pricier brands. Remember, biotin is biotin - your body doesn't care about fancy packaging. Just check the dosage per serving matches what you need. I pair mine with some silica supplements for extra hair strength 🌿

Price isn't always about quality, but CHECK THE INGREDIENTS LIST! Some cheaper gummies use artificial colors or unsustainable palm oil. Kirkland's usually pretty good about transparency tho. If it's just biotin, pectin, and natural flavors, it's probably a steal. Better for your wallet AND maybe the planet if they source responsibly!

Actually, studies show most biotin supplements have similar bioavailability regardless of brand, as long as they're properly formulated. The main cost differences come from marketing, additives, and brand markup. Kirkland often sells at lower margins. Compare the mg per serving and third-party testing if listed. I'd say go for it if the numbers match up!

As someone who works nights and needs all the help I can get for energy and healthy skin, I switched to the Costco ones last year. No issues, and my nails are actually stronger? Plus, buying in bulk means I don't run out during my weird shifts. Just store them properly so they don't get sticky!
