Hey all, came across this article about Hers hair stuff. Seems like they're pushing biotin gummies and other treatments. I'm a minimalist and don't like taking a bunch of supplements. Anyone have real experience with Hers? Is it worth it or just marketing hype?

I'm all about natural approaches. Biotin gummies can help if you're deficient, but most people get enough from diet. I'd rather spend money on good food and maybe some rosemary oil. That said, Hers seems convenient. Anyone tried their gummies? How do they compare to just taking a biotin supplement from the drugstore?

Honestly, biotin is overhyped for hair loss unless you have a deficiency. The evidence is weak. Hers is just another telehealth company cashing in on insecurity. Save your money and see a dermatologist if you're actually losing hair. But hey, if you want shiny nails, go for it. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for the input. I guess I'm skeptical too. The article mentions real experiences, but it's probably sponsored. I'll stick to my minimalist routine for now. Maybe just eat more eggs?
