Hey everyone, I'm heading to a conference next week with a tight schedule (flight + rental car). Need to keep up my biotin gummies routine while traveling. Do these things melt in checked luggage? And what's the deal with TSA - can I carry them in my carry-on? Don't want to deal with security hassles when I'm already stressed about meetings.

Great question! I take my biotin gummies on all my marathon trips. From experience: they CAN get soft if left in hot cars during road trips.
