Hey all, been taking these biotin gummies for about 2 weeks now (brand: HairGlow). They taste great and my nails seem stronger, but I've been having super vivid dreams every night! Like, last night I dreamt I was racing a giant squirrel through a kale forest. Not scary, just... weird. Has anyone else experienced this with biotin gummies? Is it normal?
