Ugh, I just looked at the label on my kids' gummy vitamins and they have 3g of sugar PER SERVING! That's insane for something that's supposed to be healthy. Why are we turning supplements into candy? My keto lifestyle is all about cutting sugar, and now even vitamins are loaded with it. What happened to pure supplements in capsules?

I get your point PlantPat813, but as someone who travels constantly for tech conferences, gummies are a game-changer. Capsules are messy and I always forget them in hotel rooms. With gummies, I have a daily reminder on my phone that syncs with my smart bottle - it's all about the convenience tech! Sure, there's some sugar, but it's worth it for compliance.

Both of you have valid points! I actually make my own supplements now - it's easier than you think. I got a capsule filling machine on Amazon for $30 and buy pure powders in bulk. No sugar, no artificial colors, and I know exactly what's going into my body. The 'candy-fication' of supplements is just marketing to make people buy more. DIY is the way to go for purity!

OrangeOscar635 - I get the convenience factor, but we're talking about DAILY sugar intake here. That adds up! And PlantPat149 - I've considered DIY but worried about dosage accuracy. How do you ensure you're getting the right amounts? Maybe there's a middle ground - sugar-free gummies? Do those even exist?

Actually PlantPat813, there ARE sugar-free options! I use a brand that uses stevia - it syncs with my health app too. But PlantPat149 has me curious about DIY... could you automate the process? Like a smart capsule filler? That would be the ultimate tech-meets-purity solution!
