Ugh, not another celebrity jumping on the supplement bandwagon. I'm so skeptical of these things. As a mom, I'm careful about what I give my family. Do we even know if this creatine is third-party tested? What's the actual dosage? The article probably doesn't mention any of that. I'd rather stick with my trusted gummy vitamins that have been around for years than some flashy new capsule from reality TV stars. Just my two cents!

Interesting timing with New Year's resolutions! As a granola parent, I'm always wary of celebrity endorsements, but I do appreciate that they're talking about wellness. Creatine can be beneficial for some people, but I wonder about the sourcing. Are the ingredients organic? Sustainable packaging? The capsule form is convenient, but I prefer powders I can mix into smoothies for better control. Has anyone seen the full ingredient list?

Totally with MindfulMila on this! Another granola parent here. Celebrity supplements make me nervous - feels like marketing over substance. I checked their website (had to see the hype) and the capsules look fancy but $$$. For that price, I could get a month's supply of my usual plant-based supplements. Also, creatine in capsules? Isn't it usually powder? Wonder if the bioavailability is different. Would love to see some independent reviews before even considering.

Medical student perspective: Creatine monohydrate has solid research for exercise performance and cognitive benefits. The concern isn't the compound itself, but whether this product delivers what it claims. Celebrity brands often cut corners. Capsules can be fine if properly formulated, but we'd need to see certificates of analysis. Also, the Kardashians aren't exactly known for evidence-based health advice. I'd recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before trying any new supplement, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.
