Hey all, been taking these gummy multivitamins for about 2 weeks now (the sugar-free ones, obviously - I'm strict paleo). Noticed something weird: my urine is BRIGHT neon yellow, like highlighter level. It's not painful or anything, just... alarming. Is this normal? Should I switch to capsules instead? Anyone else get this?

That's just excess riboflavin (B2) being excreted. Totally harmless. I keep my stack minimal - just D3 and magnesium glycinate in capsule form. Gummies often have extra fillers and dyes that might intensify it. If you're worried, simplify. Less is more.

lol yeah mine does that too! I take the gummies cuz they're easy to grab on my way out the door (no water needed). The bright pee thing freaked me out at first but my doc said it's fine. Honestly, if it's not causing issues, I'd stick with what's convenient. Capsules are a hassle when you're rushing.

Night shift here - I get the neon pee with my B-complex gummies. Actually kinda useful in the dim bathroom light at 3 AM, ha. But seriously, no problems here. If you're paleo like Kevin, maybe check the ingredients for sneaky additives? Could be a dye reaction.
