Okay, I just bought some collagen gummies because I'm trying to up my protein intake for muscle recovery after my workouts, but the ingredient list is wild! 15g of sugar per serving?? That's basically a candy bar. I get that they're convenient and taste good, but at what point are we just paying premium prices for glorified gummy bears with a sprinkle of collagen?
