Hey everyone, I started taking these collagen gummies about 2 weeks ago (brand: Nature's Glow) and I've noticed something strange. My dreams have become super vivid, like movie-level intense! It's not scary or anything, just...weird. I'm taking them for joint health since my knees aren't what they used to be. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I be concerned? My grandkids think it's hilarious when I tell them about my 'adventures' at night.

Are they organic? Could be your system reacting to a new ingredient. My cousin said her pee turned brighter yellow when she took certain B-vitamin gummies - bodies are weird! Maybe check if there's vitamin B6 in yours? That can affect dreams. Hope it settles down!

lol not dreams, but YES to weird side effects! I tried some collagen gummies last month (the peach-mango ones from Vitality Boost) and my taste buds went wack for like a week. Everything tasted slightly metallic, especially coffee. Ruined my morning pour-over ritual! Stopped taking them and it went away. Maybe it's the marine collagen? Or the sweeteners? Those gummies can have funky aftertastes sometimes. Holly, are yours tasty at least?

MountainMike773 - they taste fine, like cherry, but now I'm wondering if my tea tastes different... might just be in my head. Maybe I'll cut back to every other day and see if the dream thing calms down. As long as it's harmless, I can live with it - the joint relief has been nice!
