Hey all! I'm looking to buy a health pack or some gummies as a gift. One for my dad (60, wants to stay active) and one for my gym-obsessed friend. I saw creatine gummies and wondered if they're any good. Any recommendations? Should I go with those or stick to something like vitamin D or collagen? Thanks!

Creatine gummies? Haha, I've tried a few brands. They're convenient but honestly, you gotta check the dose. Most have like 1g per gummy, so you need to eat a handful. For your gym buddy, they might be cool if they hate powders. For your dad, creatine can help with strength and muscle mass as you age, but make sure he's okay with the texture. I'd also add some vitamin D gummies for him. Maybe get a combo pack? Just check the sugar content – some are loaded.

Yo! For your gym rat friend, creatine gummies are a solid gift if they're always on the go. But I'd also look at magnesium or zinc gummies for recovery. For your dad, maybe a joint support gummy (glucosamine) or a multivitamin for seniors. I gave my dad some creatine gummies, but he didn't like the taste. He loves the apple cider vinegar gummies though, weirdly. Anyway, replying to Frank – yeah, check the dose, some are weak. Aim for at least 3g creatine per serving, so like 3 gummies. And beware of sugar alcohols – they can cause tummy issues.

As a fitness pro, I'd say creatine gummies are a nice novelty but not the most effective. For your friend, they might appreciate a quality protein powder or pre-workout instead. But if you want gummies, look for one with minimal carbs and no added sugar – especially if your dad is watching his glucose. Also, creatine monohydrate is the most studied form. For your dad, I'd suggest a combination pack: vitamin D3+K2, omega-3, and maybe a magnesium glycinate gummy for sleep. But if you want a single product, a good multivitamin gummy with creatine might be okay. Just read the labels. And remember, gummies aren't candy – keep them out of reach!

I got creatine gummies for my husband (he's into CrossFit) and he loved them! But I also baked him some protein balls. He said the gummies were easy to take pre-workout. For your dad, maybe consider a collagen gummy – I read it helps with joints and skin. My mom takes those and she loves the taste. If you're getting a health pack, you could mix and match: a small jar of creatine for your friend and a collagen for your dad. That way it's personal. And hey, if you want to throw in some immunity gummies (zinc + vitamin C) for winter, that's a nice bonus. Just make sure they're from a reputable brand – I usually check for third-party testing. Good luck!
