THREAD: Looking for creatine gummies as a gift - aging parent vs fitness friend?Started by VitalVince224

Hey all, I'm trying to find some good creatine gummies to gift - either as part of a health pack for my dad (70s, wants to stay active) or for my buddy who's super into lifting. Any recs? I've seen a bunch online but not sure what's actually effective vs just marketing. Dad's not into powders, so gummies seem perfect if they work.

Vince, I feel you! I got my mom a smart pill dispenser last year and she loved it - maybe pair the gummies with something like that? For creatine gummies specifically, I've been testing a few brands with my fitness tracker. The ones with added electrolytes seem to give better hydration metrics post-workout. Check out 'FlexGum' - they've got a cool app that tracks dosage too.

Bro, if your friend does Crossfit, they NEED creatine for those WODs. I've tried like 5 different gummy brands after hating powder mess in my gym bag. 'WODFuel Gummies' are legit - no sugar crash, and I actually feel the pump difference. For your dad though, maybe something lower dose? My box's coach says older folks should start slow with creatine.

Ooh love this thread! Important to check the ingredients list - some gummies have artificial colors or high fructose corn syrup which defeats the purpose! I make my own sometimes (so fun!), but for gifting, 'PureVita Creatine+' gets my vote. They use organic tapioca syrup and have studies on bioavailability. Your dad might appreciate the joint support blend they offer too!

Thanks everyone! Frank - love the tech angle, might get that dispenser for dad. Quinn - good call on lower dose for aging parents, I'll check WODFuel's options. Ken - always with the ingredient deep dive, appreciate it! Leaning toward separate gifts now - performance blend for my friend, gentle formula + dispenser for dad. Any other experiences with stomach sensitivity? Dad's digestion can be tricky.
