Hey everyone, just started taking these creatine gummies for my workouts and I'm wondering if it's okay to take them with my morning coffee? I usually have 2 cups right after breakfast and that's when I take the gummy. Anyone tried this combo or know if it causes issues? Thanks!

Med student here - be careful with this combo! Creatine can cause dehydration, and coffee is a diuretic which makes it worse. You might get cramps or feel dizzy. Also, caffeine might mask how your body responds to creatine. I'd space them out by at least 2 hours and drink extra water. Not medical advice, just what I've learned!

Oh dear, my grandson takes these too and I worry so much! He mixes them with energy drinks sometimes and I tell him it's not good. Please listen to the medical student - better safe than sorry! At our age, we see how these things add up. Maybe have your coffee first, then the gummy later? Stay healthy!

Bro I've been doing creatine gummies with coffee for months cuz I need the energy for studying AND the gym. Honestly no issues for me, but I drink like a gallon of water daily. It's cheap too - gummies + coffee is way cheaper than pre-workout drinks. Just stay hydrated and you're probably fine, but I'm not a doctor obviously lol
