Hey everyone, just saw this article and thought it was interesting! # LEMME EXPANDS WOMEN'S WELLNESS WITH NEW CREATINE GUMMIES FOR STRENGTH AND RECOVERY
A new entrant is shaking up the dietary supplement aisle with a product specifically targeting women interested in...
What do you all think? Are creatine gummies a good idea, especially for women? I've only seen powders before.

Ooh, I love this! As someone who makes my own gummies sometimes, I'm curious about the formulation. Creatine can be bitter, so they must have found a way to mask it. I wonder if they use creatine monohydrate or another form? Might try to DIY something similar if the price is too high. Has anyone checked the ingredients list?

As a retired nurse, I'm cautiously optimistic. Creatine has good research for strength and recovery, but it's often marketed to men. Women can benefit too, but dosage matters. Gummies might make it easier to stick to a consistent dose compared to powders. However, watch for added sugars or artificial colors—common in gummies. Always consult with a healthcare provider if you have kidney issues.

Student on a budget here! Sounds cool, but I bet these are expensive. Creatine powder is cheap and lasts forever. Why pay extra for gummies unless you really hate the taste? If they're targeting women, I hope they don't pink-tax it. Anyone know the price? I'd rather stick to my basic stuff and save for textbooks lol.

Gym rat checking in! I've been using creatine powder for years—great for my workouts and recovery. Gummies could be convenient for on-the-go, but I doubt they'll match the cost-effectiveness or dosage precision of powder. For women new to creatine, this might lower the barrier to entry though. Curious about the strength per gummy and if it's enough for serious training.
