THREAD: Started Creatine Gummies for Sleep, But Now My Skin is Glowing?!Started by OrganicOlivia841

Hey everyone! So I've been trying to improve my sleep naturally (no more melatonin dependency, yay!). I picked up some creatine gummies from a brand that uses organic ingredients and no artificial colors. Been taking them for about 3 weeks now, and while my sleep is slightly better, the BIG surprise is my skin! It's clearer and more hydrated than it's been in years. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm wondering if it's the creatine or maybe the collagen they added to the formula?

Olivia, that's awesome! I've been on keto for 2 years and take creatine powder daily for muscle recovery. Never thought about gummies, but your skin improvement makes sense. Creatine helps with cellular energy (ATP production), which might boost skin cell turnover. Plus, if you're sleeping better, that reduces cortisol = less inflammation = better skin. Win-win! Are those gummies sugar-free though? Gotta watch those carbs on keto.

Whoa, flashback to the 90s when we just took Flintstones vitamins and called it a day! ๐ But seriously, I tried creatine gummies last month (the peach rings kind โ reminded me of childhood candy). Took them for gym energy, but my partner said my mood seemed calmer. Maybe less stress = better skin for you too? Side note: the gummy texture is way more fun than chugging chalky powder. Anyone else miss when supplements tasted like candy?

Vince โ yes, they're sweetened with organic tapioca syrup and stevia! No refined sugar. Frank โ totally get the nostalgia, but I'm glad these are cleaner ingredients than old-school gummies. The calmness point is interesting... I have felt less anxious lately. Maybe it's all connected? Has anyone tried pairing these with magnesium gummies for sleep? Wondering if that would amplify effects.

Magnesium + creatine could be a solid combo for sleep and recovery. Just check the labels โ some gummies have fillers that spike insulin. If you're keto, stick to powders or capsules for purity. But hey, if the gummies work for you and the skin keeps glowing, rock on! Might recommend these to my sister who's struggling with adult acne. Thanks for sharing!
