Hey everyone, just saw this article and thought it was interesting! # LEMME EXPANDS WOMEN'S WELLNESS WITH NEW CREATINE GUMMIES FOR STRENGTH AND RECOVERY
A new entrant is shaking up the dietary supplement aisle with a product specifically targeting women interested in...
What do you all think? Are creatine gummies legit or just another trend? I'm curious if anyone has tried similar products.

As a nature photographer who hikes a lot, I've used creatine powder for years to help with muscle recovery after long treks with heavy gear. Gummies sound convenient, but I'd be skeptical about the dosage and absorption compared to traditional forms. Also, check the ingredients list—sometimes these gummies have a lot of added sugars or artificial stuff that defeats the purpose. Might be worth trying if you're always on the go, though!

omg, as someone on a paleo diet, I'm always wary of new supplements. Creatine itself is fine—it's naturally found in meat, so it fits my lifestyle. But gummies? They're probably loaded with non-paleo ingredients like gelatin from questionable sources or sweeteners. I'd stick to getting creatine from whole foods or a clean powder. If LEMME uses high-quality, minimal ingredients, maybe, but I doubt it. Has anyone checked the label yet?

Marathon runner here! I've experimented with creatine for endurance and recovery, and it's been a game-changer. Gummies could be great for post-run when I don't want to mix a drink. But I'm curious about the strength claims—creatine helps with short bursts, not just recovery. If these are tailored for women, I hope they've researched proper dosing. Anyone know if they're tested for athletes? Might give them a shot if reviews are good!

Thanks for the input, everyone! @FitnessFanatic45, good point about absorption—I hadn't thought of that. @DewyDaphne450, I'll look into the ingredients and report back. @YogaYara764, I agree, dosing is key. Maybe I'll try a small pack and see how it goes. Keep the thoughts coming!
