THREAD: Elderberry gummies on sale - too good to be true or legit deal?Started by OP

Hey everyone, just saw Nature's Way Elderberry gummies at Costco for like half the price they are at Whole Foods. Has anyone tried these? Worried the lower price means they're using cheaper ingredients or something. Is this a steal or should I avoid?

Bro, I've been crushing those Costco elderberry gummies for months. They're solid. Check the label - same elderberry extract dose as the expensive brands. I stack them with my pre-workout for immune support during heavy training cycles. No drop in quality I've noticed. Just Costco doing Costco things.

As a fitness pro, I always say: compare the supplement facts panel, not just the price. Costco often has great deals on quality brands because of bulk buying. Look for standardized elderberry extract (like Sambucus nigra) and avoid ones with tons of fillers. If it's a reputable brand, it's probably a legit deal for your wellness routine.

Yo OP, I grabbed some from Target last month when they were on sale. Tasted fine and didn't get sick during my gym's flu season, so they worked lol. Sometimes stores just clear inventory or have promotions. If it's a brand you recognize, go for it. My rule: if it's under $15 for a big bottle, it's a win.

As an amateur chef who uses elderberry in syrups, I'd say check the ingredient list carefully. Sometimes cheaper versions use more sugar or artificial flavors. But if it's just a sale at a big store like Costco or a local pharmacy, it's probably fine. I've found good deals at my pharmacy too - just make sure it's not near expiration!
