Hey everyone! So I've been taking these elderberry gummies for about 3 weeks now, mainly because I heard they might help with sleep (I'm a terrible sleeper lol). But honestly, my sleep is still kinda meh... BUT my skin has never looked better! Like, I'm getting compliments out of nowhere. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm using the Nature's Way ones btw.

OMG YES! This is such a common thing I've seen in my wellness circle. Elderberry is packed with antioxidants like vitamin C and flavonoids that fight free radicals - total skin savers! I actually recommend it in my 'glow from within' routine. The sleep benefits can take longer to kick in, but that skin glow? Immediate win! Have you tried pairing it with a collagen supplement? Game changer ✨

Interesting! I've been eyeing elderberry gummies but mostly for immune support during flu season. Question for you both - how's the taste? I'm picky about gummy textures and flavors. If I'm gonna take something daily, it can't taste like medicine. Any brands you'd recommend that actually taste good?

Med student here - just want to chime in with some science! UrbanUma, what you're experiencing makes sense. Elderberry has anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce skin redness and improve complexion. But important note: it can interact with some medications (especially diuretics and diabetes drugs), so always check with your doc! GlowGigi's right about antioxidants too. HubermanHopeful - most brands use natural fruit flavors, but watch for added sugars if that's a concern.

Thanks everyone! @GlowGigi652 I haven't tried collagen yet but now I'm tempted! @HubermanHopeful166 The ones I use taste like berry candy honestly, not medicinal at all. @TeaTina578 Thanks for the heads up - I'm not on any meds but good to know for others! Guess I'll keep taking them for the skin benefits even if my sleep doesn't improve haha.
