Okay, I need to vent. Just picked up some fiber gummies because my night shift diet is garbage and I thought 'hey, easy fix.' But the ingredient list reads like a candy bar! 8g of sugar per serving? Seriously? I'm trying to be healthier, not trick myself into eating more junk. What's the point of a supplement if it's loaded with crap? Anyone else feel like this 'candy-fication' of vitamins is getting out of hand?

As a mom, I totally get the convenience angle—getting kids (or picky adults) to take anything healthy is a battle. But Pete's right, the sugar is concerning. I switched to powder fiber you mix in water after checking labels. Less fun, but no sneaky sugars. Have you tried alternatives, or is the gummy form non-negotiable for your routine?

Digital nomad here—convenience is king when you're bouncing between cafes and Airbnbs. Gummies are easy to pack and don't require water. But yeah, the sugar thing bugs me too. I found a brand with stevia instead, tastes decent. Maybe a compromise? What's worse: skipping fiber entirely because pills are a hassle, or accepting some sugar to actually get the benefit?
