Is this fiber gummy study legit or just Big Gummy propaganda?

Hey guys, just came across this study (PMID: 34567890) claiming that the fiber in gummies is just as effective as powder or capsules for gut health. They used some proprietary blend called 'FiberSmart'. Sounds too good to be true? Wanted to get your thoughts before I switch my whole routine. Link in bio.

I've seen that study, and while the results are promising, remember that gummies often have added sugars and might not have the same fiber content as they claim. Also, proprietary blends are a red flag for me—they don't disclose exact amounts. If you're prone to bloating, gummies might be easier on the stomach, but I'd stick to powders for now.

Hmm, I'm with Wendy on this. Plus, studies funded by the company that makes the product? Classic conflict of interest. But honestly, I've tried fiber gummies and they did help with my digestion, but I also take a probiotic. The convenience is real, but I check the label for sugar content. Some have 3-5g per serving, which adds up.

Sugar-free advocate here! If you're into gummies, look for ones sweetened with allulose or stevia. But the study? Probably biased. Bioavailability of fiber in gummy form is questionable—your stomach might break it down differently. I'd prefer psyllium husk powder, no sugar, no dubious claims. Just my 2 cents.
