Strange side effect: fiber gummies for sleep, but my skin is glowing?!

So I started taking fiber gummies a few weeks ago, mainly to help with my digestion and because I heard they might help with sleep (something about gut-brain axis?). Well, I haven't noticed much sleep improvement, but my skin has been looking amazing! I've had this dry patch on my cheek for months, and it's gone. And my skin just looks... clearer? Is this a thing? Anyone else experience unexpected benefits from fiber gummies?

Interesting! I take fiber gummies for regularity, but I have noticed my skin looks a bit more radiant lately. I just chalked it up to the summer weather. But maybe it's the fiber? I've read that a healthy gut can improve skin due to less inflammation. Could be! Keep taking them, they're good for you anyway!

Haha, that's cool! I take them for digestion on the go (traveling messes me up), but I did notice that my cravings for sweets have gone down. Maybe because the fiber makes me feel full? Not a skin thing, but a nice bonus. Anyone else notice less snacking?

I've been into fiber lately too, for my gut health and energy levels. But I've also heard that fiber can help balance hormones, which can definitely affect skin. So it makes sense! Also, maybe you're less stressed because your digestion is better? Stress shows on your skin. Anyway, congrats on the glow-up!
