Hey everyone, saw this article today: [link] – basically Walmart is doing a big New Year's push with better care services and price rollbacks on tons of wellness products. I skimmed it and it got me thinking about fiber gummies. I've been trying to get more fiber in my diet but pills are huge and powder is gross. Are Walmart's fiber gummies any good? Do they actually help with digestion or is it just candy? Would love your thoughts before I stock up.

I actually bought a bottle of Walmart's fiber gummies last month while traveling – they were super cheap and I needed something easy. I take them with my morning coffee and honestly they've helped keep me regular, especially when I'm eating weird airport food. The texture is a bit weird at first but the berry flavor is decent. Not sure if they're as effective as psyllium husk, but for the price, I'm not complaining. Just don't overdo it or you'll regret it lol.

Omg I saw that article too! As a mom running on 3 hours of sleep, fiber gummies are a lifesaver. I used to try those huge fiber capsules but I'd always forget. Gummies are like a little treat. I got the Walmart brand ones – they're like $8 for 90 count? Can't beat that. My only tip: check the sugar content if you're watching that. Some brands have a lot. But yeah, the rollback is real, I grabbed two bottles. Anyone know if they have a probiotic fiber combo? That would be next level.

Thanks Zoe and Gigi! Good to know they work. I'm not too worried about sugar since I'm mostly plant-based and get natural sugars, but I'll check the label. Gigi, I think I saw a 'fiber + probiotic' gummy from a different brand at Walmart too, but not sure if it's part of the rollback. Might be worth a look. I'm gonna swing by this weekend and see what's on the shelf. Appreciate the input!

No prob! One more thing – if you sign up for Walmart+ you get free delivery, which is clutch for heavy stuff like cases of gummies. But even without it, the in-store prices are good. Let us know what you end up getting! And yeah, definitely start with one gummy, not three, unless you want a stomachache. Learned that the hard way on a road trip 😅
