Hey everyone! I just read this article about Apple Cider Vinegar gummies and thought it was pretty interesting. It talks about potential benefits like weight loss, blood sugar control, and even appetite suppression. But I'm curious what you all think. Have any of you tried ACV gummies? Do they actually work or is it just hype? Here's the link: [link]

I've been making my own ACV gummies at home for a few months now. It's way cheaper and I can control the ingredients. I use grass-fed gelatin, organic ACV, and a little honey. They taste pretty good and I've noticed some improvements in my digestion. But I'm skeptical about the store-bought ones with all the added sugars and fillers. Has anyone compared the two?

Honestly, I just take ACV capsules because I can't stand the taste of gummies. But my wife swears by the Goli ones. She says they curb her appetite and give her energy. I think it's placebo, but hey, if it works for her, whatever. I'm more of a caffeine person myself. Anyone else think these gummies are just overpriced candy?

Vince, that's awesome that you make your own! I've thought about it but never tried. Do you have a recipe you'd recommend? Quinn, I get where you're coming from. I think the placebo effect is real though—if you believe it's helping, it might actually help. But I do worry about the sugar content in some brands. The article mentioned that some gummies have as much sugar as a piece of candy.

Liam, sure! I'll post my recipe in the DIY section later. It's super easy. And yeah, Quinn, I agree that some brands are basically candy. That's why I like making my own. Plus, I can add other stuff like ginger or turmeric. But I will say, the convenience of store-bought is tempting when I'm busy.
