THREAD: GOLI Gummies + Coffee? Safe combo or bad idea?Started by OP
1/23/2026, 09:47 AM#1
Hey everyone, I've been taking GOLI apple cider vinegar gummies for a few weeks now and really like them. But I'm wondering - is it okay to take them with my morning coffee? I usually have a cup right after breakfast when I take the gummy. Anyone tried this combo or know if it affects absorption/safety? Thanks!

As a mom who researches EVERYTHING before giving it to my family - I'd be careful! Coffee is acidic and so are ACV gummies. Combining them might upset your stomach, especially if you're sensitive. My daughter tried taking her vitamins with orange juice once and got terrible heartburn. Maybe space them out by 30 mins? Also check if GOLI has caffeine interactions listed on their site.

First - props for choosing GOLI! They're vegan certified which matters. But why ruin clean supplements with coffee? The caffeine crash messes with your natural energy. Try matcha or yerba mate instead - plant-based and synergistic with ACV's benefits. I take my GOLI with warm lemon water on an empty stomach, then eat 30 mins later. Works way better than masking it with stimulants!

Sleep-deprived parent here - I LIVE on coffee. I've been taking GOLI with my 6am espresso for months with zero issues. If anything, the ACV might help balance coffee's acidity? But I'm no scientist. My routine: gummy, coffee, then breakfast after getting kids ready. No stomach problems but YMMV. Would love actual studies on this though!

HubermanHopeful579 - just because you don't have issues doesn't mean it's safe for everyone! Kids and elderly might react differently. OP - maybe try alternating days? GOLI one day, coffee the next? Or switch to decaf? My pediatrician always says 'when in doubt, space it out' with supplements. Better safe than sorry!
