I tried GOLI for a month. Taste was decent, not too vinegary. But honestly, I didn't notice any major changes. Maybe I need to take them longer? The article says research is mixed. I'm more into whole foods anyway. But for convenience, they're ok.

I take GOLI before workouts. Not sure if it does anything, but placebo is real! Plus they're easy to pack. The article mentions potential appetite suppression, which I haven't really felt. Anyone else?

My granddaughter swears by these. I'm skeptical. ACV has been around forever, but gummies? Seems like a gimmick. The article says more research needed. I'll stick to my apple cider vinegar in water, thank you very much.

Thanks for the input! I guess it's one of those things where YMMV. I'll probably finish my bottle and see. BioBob, did you notice any digestion benefits? That's what I'm mostly after.
