New Study on Ashwagandha in GOLI Gummies - Legit or Biased?
Just saw this study on PMID 34567890 about ashwagandha reducing stress and improving sleep. Sounds awesome, but GOLI's gummies have it. Think it's legit or just cherry-picked? I try to keep my supplements eco-friendly and effective, so I wanna know if it's worth the $$.
Dude, most supplement studies are funded by the companies making the product. I'd take it with a grain of salt. Look for independent research, not just a single study. And remember, the FDA doesn't regulate these claims. Could be a marketing gimmick.
I've been taking ashwagandha for years, but in traditional forms like capsules or powder, not gummies. Gummies have added sugar and other junk. If you want the real benefits, go with the pure extract. But that study might be legit, just check who funded it.
Good points. I'll check for independent studies. But I like the convenience of gummies, and GOLI at least uses organic ingredients. Maybe I'll try them and see if I feel a difference. Thanks guys!
