THREAD: Started GOLI for sleep, but WOW my skin is glowing! Anyone else?Started by XenonX82

Hey everyone! So I've been taking GOLI apple cider vinegar gummies for about 3 weeks now, mainly because I heard they might help with sleep (I'm a night owl chef, so my schedule is all over). But honestly, I haven't noticed much difference in sleep yet. BUT my skin has never looked better! I usually get breakouts from kitchen grease and stress, but my face is clear and kinda radiant? Is this a known thing or just me? Maybe it's the ACV detoxing something?

Interesting! I've been sugar-free for years and was skeptical about gummies, but GOLI uses stevia, so I gave them a shot for joint support. Didn't expect skin benefits, but now that you mention it, my dry patches have improved. Could be the vitamins (B9, B12) supporting cell renewal? Or maybe cutting sugar indirectly? Either way, glad it's working for you—just watch the serving size, those gummies can be tempting!

OP, same here! Started GOLI a month ago hoping to reduce stress from my crazy 60-hour workweeks. Sleep's still hit or miss, but my skin is noticeably smoother—less dull, fewer fine lines. My guess? The beetroot and pomegranate antioxidants. As a busy pro, I love that it's a quick habit. Anyone know if the effects last if I skip a few days? Travel messes up my routine sometimes.

Thanks for the replies! Mike, good point on sugar—I didn't even think about that, though I'm not strictly sugar-free. Greg, antioxidants make sense! I've been consistent so far, but I'll report back if I miss a dose. Maybe I'll try pairing them with my evening tea instead of post-shift snacks. Anyone else get unexpected benefits from these?
