Hey all, desperate parent of a 2-year-old here. I've been running on fumes for months, so I grabbed GOLI gummies hoping they'd help me sleep better (saw some reviews mentioning sleep benefits). Been taking them for about 3 weeks now, and honestly my sleep is only slightly improved... BUT my skin is glowing?? Like, I haven't had a breakout in weeks and my complexion looks way more even. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not complaining, just super surprised since that wasn't my goal at all!

Yo Yuri! CrossFitter here - I take GOLI post-WOD for recovery. The skin thing is legit! I think it's the apple cider vinegar + vitamins. My calluses used to get gnarly, but since starting these, my hands look way better (and I'm not ashy anymore lol). Maybe try timing them differently? I take mine after my evening workout, sleep like a rock. But yeah, the skin benefits are a sweet bonus. Keep at it!

Student here - on a tight budget so I only buy supplements that multitask. I started GOLI for stress during exams (heard ACV helps cortisol), and same thing! My skin cleared up big time. Also noticed my nails are stronger? Might be the biotin. Pro tip: I split the dose - half in AM, half before bed. Makes the bottle last longer too. Yuri, if sleep's still an issue, maybe add magnesium? Cheap at Trader Joe's.

Thanks guys! Noah629, that's smart about splitting the dose - I'll try that. And good to know I'm not imagining the skin thing. Maybe it's helping my stress levels too (less toddler-induced panic = better skin?). I'll stick with it - if I get better sleep AND better skin, that's a win. Appreciate the tips!
