THREAD: Started GOLI gummies for sleep, but now my skin is glowing??Started by OP

Hey everyone, so I've been taking GOLI apple cider vinegar gummies for about 3 weeks now, hoping they'd help me sleep better (I heard ACV can regulate blood sugar and help with nighttime rest). Honestly, my sleep is maybe slightly better? But the weird thing is my SKIN. It's never looked this clear and hydrated before. I used to have dry patches and occasional breakouts, but now it's just...glowing. Has anyone else experienced this? I wasn't even taking them for skin benefits!

Fascinating! This isn't entirely surprising from a biochemical perspective. GOLI gummies contain apple cider vinegar, which has acetic acid that may improve insulin sensitivity and reduce inflammation systemically. The 'beetroot' and 'pomegranate' in their formula are rich in antioxidants like anthocyanins and ellagic acid, which combat oxidative stress—a known contributor to skin aging and damage. Your anecdote aligns with studies showing polyphenols can enhance skin barrier function. Have you changed anything else in your routine? Controlled variables matter.

lol QuantumQuincy47 always coming in with the science breakdown! But OP, I totally get it. I started GOLI a month ago to try and cut back on my 4-cups-of-coffee-a-day habit (heard ACV helps with energy crashes). My skin hasn't changed much, but my anxiety is way down? Like, I feel less jittery even when I skip coffee. Maybe it's the B vitamins in there? Or just placebo haha. Either way, if your skin's better, roll with it!

Whoa, similar thing here! I'm a digital nomad in Bali, started GOLI for digestion issues from all the travel food. My skin DID improve after a few weeks—less redness, more even tone. I think it's the anti-inflammatory stuff Quincy mentioned. Plus, staying hydrated with these is easier than lugging around vinegar bottles lol. OP, maybe your sleep is subtly better too, and that's helping your skin? Better sleep = better skin repair.
