THREAD: Traveling with GOLI Gummies - Do they melt? TSA rules?Started by OP

Hey everyone! I'm heading out on a trip next week - mix of flying and some hiking. I'm a daily GOLI Apple Cider Vinegar gummy user and don't want to miss my dose. Has anyone traveled with these? Do they melt in heat? What about TSA - are they cool with gummy vitamins in carry-ons? Any storage tips would be awesome!

Dude, I take my GOLI gummies EVERYWHERE - hiking 14ers, road trips, you name it. They're pretty resilient but in extreme heat (like left in a hot car all day) they can get a little sticky. Pro tip: keep them in their original bottle, toss in a ziplock just in case, and throw them in your backpack not your glove compartment. TSA has never blinked at mine - they're just vitamins. I pop one with my morning coffee even on the trail!

As a mom who travels with kids' supplements too, I'm always cautious. GOLI gummies hold up better than some brands, but they're still gummies. If you're flying, keep them in your carry-on - checked luggage can get VERY hot in cargo. TSA allows vitamins in any form, just no liquids over 3.4oz obviously. I'd recommend a small insulated lunch bag if you're going somewhere really warm. And honestly, are we sure these are better than traditional pills for travel?

This takes me back to my blogging days covering wellness trends! I remember when gummy vitamins first became popular - we were all so excited to ditch the chalky pills. For travel, I've found GOLI gummies travel well if you keep them under 80°F. On a plane, the overhead bin is fine. For hiking, keep them in the middle of your pack, not against your back where body heat builds up. The original container helps with moisture control. Happy travels and don't forget to take your gummies with a smile like the old commercials said!
