Started for sleep, ended up with glowing skin?!

Okay, so I've been taking the kids' gummies (the sleep ones, with melatonin) for my insomnia – they're the only thing that works without knocking me out all day. But last week, my skin has been looking AMAZING. Like, glowing, no breakouts. I didn't change anything else. Could it be the gummies? They have biotin and stuff. Anyone else notice this? LOL

Whoa, that's wild! I've heard of gummies doing that, but usually the opposite. Maybe it's the vitamin C or the zinc in them? Or just placebo? But hey, if it works, it works! Are they the ones with the little bear shaped? I take the adults but maybe I should switch to kids for the skin benefits haha.

Hey, I'm a granola parent (kidding, but I do make my own granola), and I give these to my kids for their immune system. But my wife started taking them for her hair and nails, and she also noticed her skin clearing up. I think it's the biotin and collagen, even if they don't advertise it. It's a nice bonus, right? Just make sure you're not overdosing on vitamins if you're also taking other supplements.

Thanks for the replies! I think it might be the biotin too. I've read it helps with hair and skin. And yeah, they are the bear ones, they're cute lol. I might just stick with these instead of the adult ones – they're cheaper and taste better. Just gotta hide them from my kids!
