Hey all, need some quick advice. I've been using melatonin gummies to help me sleep through my crazy work schedule (60+ hour weeks in finance). I LOVE the Berry Blast flavor from SleepWell brand - tastes like actual candy. But I tried their Citrus Burst last week and it was awful, way too tart and artificial. What's the consensus on the best flavor out there? Need something I can grab without wasting money on another dud.

Bro, I feel you on the citrus - tried one brand that tasted like cleaning product lol. I'm all about the Tropical Punch from ZzzGummies. Good mix of sweet and tangy, plus they have 5mg melatonin which is perfect for post-workout recovery sleep. I take them after late gym sessions around 10pm. Have you checked if SleepWell has a sampler pack? Some brands do flavor variety packs.

As someone who's tried literally 12 different melatonin gummy brands (I keep a spreadsheet), Berry Blast is actually mid-tier. The absolute BEST is Dreamland's Vanilla Lavender - subtle, sophisticated, no artificial aftertaste. Their Cherry Almond is also excellent if you want something fruit-forward. Avoid anything with 'burst' in the name - usually means overpowering fake flavoring. What's your texture preference? Some brands are too chewy.

Interesting data point! I've been testing gummies with my sleep tracker app (Oura ring + Whoop). Flavor-wise, I'm team Mixed Berry from NeuroSleep - consistently scores highest in my 'taste satisfaction vs sleep efficiency' correlation charts. Their app integration shows optimal absorption times too. Pro tip: check the sugar alcohols if you're sensitive - some 'sugar-free' citrus flavors use malitol which can cause... digestive issues. *cringe*
