THREAD: Found multivitamin gummies on sale at Costco - too good to be true?Started by GummyGuru328

Hey all, I was at Costco yesterday and saw their Kirkland brand multivitamin gummies on sale - like 50% off! I usually buy the name-brand ones for my grandkids, but this price is tempting. Does anyone know if cheaper gummies mean they skimp on quality? I don't want to give them junk, but saving money would be nice too.

Honestly, most gummies are junk regardless of price - full of sugar and artificial stuff. If you're going paleo/keto like me, you should avoid gummies altogether. That said, Kirkland stuff is usually decent quality for store brands. Check the label for added sugars and fillers. The sale might just be overstock.

I feel you on wanting quality for kids! I'm super picky about what my little ones get. With store brands, sometimes they use similar formulas to name brands but without the marketing costs. I'd compare the nutrition labels side-by-side - look at the vitamin percentages and ingredients list. If they match up, it's probably a steal! Costco's return policy is great too if you're not satisfied.

Oh this takes me back! I remember when gummy vitamins first hit the market and everyone thought they were just candy in disguise 😂 Kirkland has been around forever and their supplements are generally well-regarded. Sales often happen when they're clearing inventory for new batches or packaging changes. I'd say go for it - just monitor how your grandkids respond. Sometimes cheaper versions use different binding agents that might affect digestion slightly.
